Overview of Our Refund & Returns Policy

Because each order is made specifically for you, you should ALWAYS triple-check the sizing/color before ordering as they can not be undone! The staff at Second Half Studios normally reviews all orders before 5 pm US Central Time before submitting them to our 3rd-party providers. We allow all customers a grace period of 1 hour to cancel any order that is not downloadable in nature. To make a cancelation request on any physical items, please contact Store Support ASAP.

Returns are conducted on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If an item is damaged and/or defective upon delivery, contact Store Support immediately. We will either offer you an exchange for a like product or a refund. Please give us 24 hours for a response. We gotta lot going on, but we’ll do what we can to resolve your issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Any item that requires customization cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products (This includes ebooks.)
  • Sale and Clearance Items
  • Items sold from other retail channels (i.e.~ Amazon, Etsy, etc.)

There are certain situations where refunds will be refused:

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Exchanges

Second Half Studios does not allow for an exchange of any kind. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact our customer support immediately or send us an email at support@2ndhalfstudios.com and we will instruct you on how to make the exchange.

Returns For US Customers

United States customers please contact us within 7 days of delivery. (On the date that your package arrives at your shipping address.) In most instances, we will ask you to send your order back to the return address printed on the original packaging. We will issue a full refund upon the return of your item. Second Half Studios does not issue refunds for downloadable items. Custom orders do not qualify for a refund.

Returns For EU Customers

European Union customers have 14 days of delivery to contact us for a return. (On the date that your package arrives at your shipping address.) A withdrawal form, translated into your native language, is available in PDF format for European customers upon request. (Using a withdrawal form will take LONGER to process a REFUND.) Store Support will ask you to send your order back to the return address printed on the original packaging. We will issue a full refund upon the return of your item. Second Half Studios does not issue refunds for downloadable items. Custom orders and sale items do not qualify for a refund.

Returns Outside fo the US and EU

Customers outside of the EU and US are not eligible for returns. Second Half Studios will only issue refunds if the order is either damaged or defective upon delivery. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, with detailed information about the condition of your order. We will quickly issue you an immediate refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our support team, or contact us via email.

Shipping Returns

To complete your return, we require your name, order number, and date of purchase.

Then you will be instructed to mail your product to the return address on your package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What happens when a return is received?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
